Roof Care Plan?
Most roofers only show up when something has already gone wrong — usually to sell you a whole new roof. The Roof Care Plan is the opposite: a little attention every year so the small stuff gets caught while it is still small and cheap to fix.
Once a year, Joe gets on your roof, handles the minor upkeep on the spot, and hands you a written condition report with photos — a running record of your roof's health that is genuinely useful for warranties and insurance. If a bigger issue is coming, you will know early enough to plan and budget for it.
Not sure where your roof stands today? Start with a free inspection — if the plan makes sense from there, Joe will lay it out honestly. If it doesn't, he'll tell you that too.
