No Big Deal Home Solutions is the name we work under; No Big Deal Solutions LLC is the registered company that sends the texts. We are a roofing, siding, gutter and storm-repair contractor serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
What we text about
We only text homeowners who asked us to, about:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Estimate and project updates
- Invoice and payment notices
- Replies to questions you send us
- Storm-damage inspection reminders, to customers who have opted in
- Storm alerts, if you signed up on our Storm Alerts page, when severe weather is reported near your ZIP code
How often
Message frequency varies. Most people get a few texts while their request or project is open. Storm alerts are usually 2–4 texts per season.

How you opt in
You opt in on our website, by checking the text-message consent box on one of the three forms below and sending the form. The box is never pre-checked. Each form shows the mobile phone field, the box and its full wording, and links to our Privacy Policy and Terms right beside the box.
Consent is optional on /inspect and /estimate: you can send either form with the box unchecked. We still get your request and reach you by phone or email instead, and we do not send you automatic texts. Consent is required on /storm-alerts, because that service is sent by text. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Stop, help and start
To stop texts: reply STOP to any text. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, OPTOUT or REVOKE. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that unless you opt in again.
