These Terms & Conditions apply to nobigdealwithjoedeal.com (the "Website") and to the text messages we send. The Website and the text program are run by No Big Deal Solutions LLC, doing business as No Big Deal Home Solutions ("we", "us"), a roofing, siding, gutter and storm-repair contractor serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. By using the Website or agreeing to receive texts from us, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name

No Big Deal Home Solutions text messages, sent by No Big Deal Solutions LLC (DBA No Big Deal Home Solutions).

What we text about

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Estimate and project updates
• Invoice and payment notices
• Replies to questions you send us
• Storm-damage inspection reminders, to customers who have opted in
• Storm alerts, if you signed up on our Storm Alerts page, when severe weather is reported near your zip code

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on one of our website forms (for example the inspection request, estimate, or Storm Alerts forms) and submitting the form, or by texting us first. The consent box is never pre-checked. Agreeing to texts is optional: consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can still request an inspection or estimate without it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most people get a few texts while their request or project is open. Storm alerts are usually 2–4 texts per season.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

2. Estimates and Contracts

An estimate, quote, price range or online tool result (such as the Instant Estimate, Roof Score or Storm Check) is an estimate only. It is not a contract and not a guarantee of final price. Work is agreed only in a written contract signed by you and by us, and that contract sets the scope, price, payment schedule and any warranty for the job. If a signed contract and anything on this Website disagree, the signed contract controls.

3. Scheduling

We do our best to keep every appointment and start date we give you, but weather, material deliveries and safety can move them. If something changes, we will let you know as soon as we can and work out a new time with you. If you need to reschedule, please call or text us.

4. Insurance Claims

If your project involves an insurance claim, the coverage decision belongs to your insurance company and your policy. We can document damage and meet your adjuster, but we cannot promise what a claim will pay or whether it will be approved.

5. Website Content

Articles, guides, photos and tool results on this Website are general information to help homeowners. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your home. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Please don't copy our photos or written content for commercial use without asking.
