Stripe

We use Resend to deliver transactional email (estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, receipts) and Twilio to send SMS messages when you have opted in. These providers process your email address, phone number, and message content on our behalf.

AI-Assisted Features

Some features (property intelligence, proposal drafting, objection handling assistance) use the Anthropic API (Claude). When you interact with AI features we may send the addresses, notes, or questions you submit to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models under our API agreement.

E-Signature

Contracts we send for signature are processed through BoldSign (Syncfusion). BoldSign receives your name, email address, and the contract document so that you can sign electronically. The signed document and the signature event log are stored in our records and with BoldSign.

Roof Measurements

Aerial roof measurement reports are sourced from the providers below. To produce a report we share the property address with the chosen provider; in return we receive roof dimensions and imagery. No personal information beyond the property address is transmitted.

Property Intelligence

Public county records, ownership data, and parcel shapes are looked up through Regrid. Only the property address is shared to perform these lookups.

Weather & Storm Data

Historical hail reports and storm prediction data are sourced from the free National Weather Service / NOAA feeds and, optionally, from HailTrace (paid subscription tier). Only approximate property coordinates are shared.

Appointment Scheduling

When you book an inspection through our homeowner portal, Cal.com processes your name, email address, phone number, and selected time slot on our behalf.

Security & Monitoring

We use Sentry for error monitoring and Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots on public forms. Sentry receives anonymized error events (PII such as email and phone is stripped before submission). Turnstile uses a privacy-preserving challenge and does not track you across sites.

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Our third-party partners may use your information only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Text Messages, Calls, and TCPA Compliance

If you provide your phone number, you may receive text messages or calls from No Big Deal Home Solutions about your estimate request, project updates, or follow-up communications.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and will not send marketing texts or calls without your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
