Somebody told this homeowner what her roof needed. She wanted a second read before spending real money, so she paid me a hundred and forty dollars to go look and write it up honestly. Missing drip edge, rot at the window head, an exposed deck edge over the gutter. Sometimes the most useful thing I sell is an answer.
