Thermal Scan → Ventilation Overhaul

$3,000–$3,500
Blue Ash, OH · 2026

The thermal camera found the damp rafter bays before we opened anything up. Then the fix: upgraded with Roofivent — seven new units, Roto turbines and Eco vents, plus new pipe boots — and the bath fan finally vented outside where it belongs. Moisture problems you can see are moisture problems you can solve.
