CRM Basics
Add a new lead?
Press C or click the + button. Fill name, phone, and address. Assign a pipeline stage.
Move leads between stages?
Click a lead card, then use the stage dropdown or drag between kanban columns on desktop.
Search for a lead?
Press / to focus the search bar. Type a name, phone, or address.
Use the command palette?
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K). Type any action like "new lead", "estimates", "training", or a page name.
Estimates
Create an estimate?
Press E or navigate to Estimates. Use the 3-step builder: Measurements, Products, Review.
Edit a saved estimate?
Open the lead's customer page and click "Edit" on an existing estimate, or find it in the estimates list.
Send an estimate to a customer?
In the estimate review step, click "Send to Customer" to email a branded PDF link.
Door-to-Door Tracker
Log a door knock?
Go to Door-to-Door, tap "New Knock". Enter address, pick a disposition (Interested, Not Home, etc.), add contact info if needed.
Convert a knock to a lead?
Tap any knock card, then click "Convert to Lead". The contact info auto-populates into your CRM.
Use the heat map?
Toggle the Heat button in the action bar. Hot zones show where you've had the most knocks.
Send a follow-up text?
Open a knock with a phone number, tap "Send SMS". A pre-written template opens in your messages app.
Maps & Drawing Tool
Find my current location?
Click the "My Location" button in the map sidebar to center the map on your GPS position.
Measure a roof with the draw tool?
Go to Draw Tool, search an address, then click to place measurement points on the satellite view. The area auto-calculates.
Use the Spyglass?
Navigate to Maps > Spyglass to search neighborhoods and see an aerial view with property details.
Sales Training
Use Pitch Perfector?
Go to Sales Training, pick a scenario. You'll face branching decisions with real sales situations. Each choice is scored on 6 skills.
Use Objection Obliterator?
Rapid-fire mode. You get 15 real objections with 4 response options each. Beat the clock and sharpen your rebuttals.
View my training profile?
After completing scenarios, click "View Profile" to see your skill radar across empathy, technical, closing, and more.
Joe AI Assistant
Ask Joe a question?
Open the Joe AI panel, type your question, press Enter to send. Use Shift+Enter for multi-line.
Start a fresh chat?
Click "New Chat" in the Joe AI header. Previous conversations auto-clear between browser sessions.
Products & Templates
Add products to my library?
Go to Products, click "+ Add Product". Set name, category, Good/Better/Best pricing tiers, and unit.
Filter products by tier?
Use the Good / Better / Best buttons at the top of the products page to highlight pricing for that tier.
Collapse product categories?
Click any category header to collapse or expand that section. Great for focusing on what you need.
Press ? anytime to toggle this panel

Move to Deleted?
This lead will be moved to your Deleted bin. You can restore it anytime from the CRM header.

Changing Your Theme

Tap the 🎨 palette icon in the topbar to open Appearance.

Browse by category or search by name (e.g. "batman", "matrix", "lofi").

Tap any bubble to apply instantly. Saved automatically across both CRM and Daily Success.

All themes and fonts are unlocked — pick any style you like.
Fonts

Open Settings → Appearance → Font Family and tap any font.

It updates the app's body + heading type instantly. Your printed documents stay on the brand font.
Custom Theme Builder

Open Appearance → tap Custom Builder.

Pick Background, Surface, Accent, Text, and Muted colors.

Apply Preview to see live. Save to keep it (Command plan).
