Interactive demo · sample company
Follow one roof job from the storm to paid in full.
Nine short steps through the real NBD Pro screens, filled with a made-up company and customer. Nothing you tap is saved or sent.
9 steps
Step 1 · Storm
Hail hits near your customers.
Storm Center turns a weather alert into a zone and shows who is inside it. Tap the green door.
In the app: Storm Watch pulls live National Weather Service alerts, and every door you knock gets one of 16 outcomes, from Appointment Set to Do Not Knock.
Step 2 · Lead
The knock becomes a lead.
An Appointment Set at the door lands as a lead with the time booked. Nothing to retype.
In the app: the card moves itself when the work happens, from meeting booked to paid in full, and every move is logged on the customer’s card.
Step 3 · Photos and report
Inspection photos become a homeowner report.
Tag photos on the roof, then flip to what the homeowner gets.
In the app: photos are marked on-site when taken within 75 m of the address, AI suggests the tags, and reports come from four templates.
Step 4 · Estimate
Good, better, best in one tap.
Pick a package the way the homeowner would. Prices here are samples.
In the app: up to five packages, Economy to Beyond, from one set of measurements. Homeowners see retail prices only, and you get an alert when they open it.
Step 5 · AI bots and the Agent inbox
A bot drafts the follow-up. You decide.
Edit the draft if you like, then tap Text from my phone. Nothing sends on its own.
In the app (paid plans): bots read your CRM and file drafts, notes and reminders into your Agent inbox. None of them can text, email or charge anyone. Texting from NBD Pro itself: coming soon.
Step 6 · E-sign
Signed on their phone, Kentucky rules built in.
A Kentucky insurance job: nothing is due at signing. Flip to Retail to compare.
A retail (cash) job: a normal deposit at signing. Flip back to compare.
In the app: every contract carries the Notice of Right to Cancel and the cancellation forms, links expire after 14 days, and each signature records consent, IP, browser and time.
Step 7 · Production
Crew on the calendar.
Send the sub a job sheet, or push a rain day.
In the app: a production strip for every signed job, a sub roster that warns about expired insurance certificates, and job sheets with no prices or homeowner phone.
Step 8 · Invoice
Invoice from the estimate in one tap.
The pay link stays locked until the insurer’s written decision plus 5 business days.
The deposit was paid at signing; the balance is due on completion.
In the app: online card payments are 3.4% + 30¢ each, paid to your own bank through Stripe. Recording checks and cash is always free.
Step 9 · Paid
Paid in full.
Record the last check with a photo of it. The job closes itself.
In the app: part payments keep the balance right to the cent, and the review and refer-a-friend asks wait until the job is paid in full.
That was one job
Run every job this way.
Your own company, your own prices, your real customers.
